Common questions
Will Saphen tell a homeowner whether their foundation is safe?
No. Saphen never diagnoses, judges safety or gives engineering opinions. It says your inspector will look at it in person, and if the homeowner describes something that sounds like it's giving way right now, the lead is flagged urgent and you're alerted.
Can it handle waterproofing and crawl space leads too?
