Saphen reads your website and drafts answers to common questions, quoting your site word for word so nothing is invented.
You review each one. Only approved answers are ever used. Anything else goes to you.
A check on every message
Before any message is sent, an automatic check looks for prices, numbers, guarantees and superlatives that don't come from your approved answers, and for offers that contradict your rules (like offering a time to a lead outside your area).
If a message fails the check, it isn't sent, and the lead goes to you.
Rules decide, AI writes
What happens next (ask a question, offer times, hand off, stop) is decided by your settings and fixed rules, not by the AI.
The AI's job is narrow: write a clear, friendly message for the step the rules chose.
People stay in charge
A "Needs you" list collects every lead that needs a person, with the reason. Take over any conversation and return it to Saphen when you're done.
